Mrs. Neves has been a St. Tarcisius Church parishioner since 1997, she is a Framingham High School and Framingham State College graduate.

As a Framingham Public Schools/City of Framingham employee since 2001, Mrs. Neves has extensive experience in government administration, budget tracking, community engagement, and public relations. Mrs. Neves has been the Director of Student Enrollment at Framingham Public School since 2005. She is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, English and conversational Spanish.
